the porch includes the front door access. below both the sun room and the porch is the basement cellar . the cellar is completely open floor plan. the only thing separating the sun room and the porch from the cellar is 3/4" oak flooring, internally and externally. while the interior space is heated, the exterior side is a bit of a problem.
